Your sponsorship or exhibition package includes a specific number of exhibitor staff passes.
A link to register your booth staff was provided in your booking confirmation.
Please use this link to register all personnel who will be working in your booth.
An exhibitor pass and includes:
– Coffee and lunch Tuesday to Friday
– Access to the exhibitor mingle on Wednesday evening
The exhibitor pass is not personal and can be shared between colleagues on different days.
Please note that everyone working in the booth must have a valid exhibitor pass.
If you have additional booth staff – such as a barista – they must also have a pass.
There is no extra charge, but these individuals must be registered manually.

If you need more exhibitor passes than what is included in your package, they can be purchased at SEK 3,500 per pass. Follow the link in your booking confirmation.
During the booth staff registration process, you will also have the opportunity to purchase tickets for additional social events, including the welcome mingle at TAK on Tuesday evening and the banquet.

Röntgenveckan 2025 welcomes all participants to TAK
The evening offers food and mingling across multiple levels, along with entertainment featuring both national and local elements.

Wednesday, September 10
Time: 17:00 – 19:00
On Wednesday evening during Röntgenveckan, we all gather in the exhibition area. After a day of lectures, we mingle with our exhibitors in a relaxed atmosphere.
Light food and beverages will be served in the exhibition area. Take the opportunity to ask questions and get a demonstration of the latest products from the suppliers.
Thursday, September 12
As tradition dictates, Röntgenveckan hosts a banquet on Thursday evening. A three-course dinner with top-quality food and drinks will be served. This year at Nacka Strand.
After dinner, entertainment of the highest caliber will make it hard to stay seated. Expect a show of absolute top class.
