The exhibition is located in the centre of the conference area. All participants pass through the exhibition hall to access the parallel sessions, ensuring continuous visibility and interaction throughout the event.
All coffee breaks and lunches are served inside the exhibition area, and the welcome reception also takes place there. This creates natural and frequent opportunities for exhibitors to meet and engage with participants during the entire conference.
Exhibitor passes can be picked up at the Exhibitor information desk located in the exhibition hall from 12:00 on Monday, September 7.

Lunch is served in the exhibition area as a mingle lunch.
Food will be available 30 minutes before the participants arrive, giving exhibitors the opportunity to eat in advance if desired
Your package includes a set number of exhibitor staff passes.

48–53 sqm: 8 passes included
54–59 sqm: 9 passes included

The exhibitor pass includes coffee and lunch (Tuesday–Friday) and access to the exhibitor mingle on Wednesday evening. The pass is not personal and may be shared between colleagues, but everyone working in the booth must have a valid pass.
Extra passes can be purchased for SEK 3,500 per pass (from 3 August SEK 4,500 per pass)
Registration for exhibitorpass closes on 21 August.
Additional booth staff (e.g. a barista) must also have a pass. These are free of charge but must be registered manually.
