Röntgenveckan 2021

INFORMATION

In connection with Röntgenveckan’s annual conference, a physical exhibition is usually arranged with space for about 70 exhibitors where there is a unique opportunity to meet and demonstrate products for the conference participants. The target group for the conference is everyone who works in or is interested in radiology and it is one of Sweden’s largest medical meetings.

Due to Covid-19, Röntgenveckan 2021 will be 100% digital and will be changed to 2 days, 7-8 September. Our goal is to create fantastic days even in a digital environment, it will be different, but we hope that your company wants to be involved and enrich the days and use the opportunity to show off your company and “meet” our participants even behind the screen.

The exhibition is open for staffing during the conference days and in addition to lunch, breaks are planned in the program in the morning and afternoon.

Participants will be able to easily navigate between the different parts of the conference platform and visit the exhibition in an accessible way.

All sponsorship refers to support for the scientific program.

  • Opening hours: We will open up the digital exhibition on Thursday 2 September and invite the participants to log in to the platform in advance and look around the exhibition at what is offered in terms of material from your exhibitors. The digital platform with the lectures and the digital exhibition will also be available 4 weeks weeks after the implementation.
  • Meet the participants: As an exhibitor, you choose if you want to staff the stand during the conference days 7-8 September, you then have the opportunity to be available for chat or video calls. You can also choose to only post contact information if you do not wish to staff the stand.
  • Statistics: As an exhibitor, you will be able to view statistics after the conference has been completed regarding the number of visits to your stand, both the number of visits before and visits during the conference.
  • Contact information for visitors: In the digital stand there is the opportunity for participants to leave an electronic business card, if you want to have contact with specific visitors after the conference, you can either ask for the contacts directly during the meeting / chat or ask them to leave business cards that you can access after the conference.

Before the conference

  • Opportunity to be included in a specific mailing with information to registered participants about the conference’s main sponsors and to announce the company’s symposium

During the conference

  • Possibility to arrange the symposium digitally in the conference program on two occasions of 40min *
  • Possibility to have an intro vignette of max 90 sec before one of the keynote lectures or at the opening of the program (this is displayed 90 seconds before start time for program point)
  • Opportunity for exposure with the company logo in the digital platform (together with other main sponsors and sponsors)
    • in the banner displayed at the top of the platform throughout the conference
    • on the start screen displayed when each session starts
    • on the closing screen displayed when the session has ended
  • Opportunity to participate in the digital exhibition and present the company electronically with photos, text and video, this opens 2 Sep
  • Opportunity to meet the participants digitally in the electronic exhibition. The participant then has the opportunity to chat or have video meetings with you as an exhibitor.
  • 15 digital conference tickets for the Röntgenveckan conference (value SEK 30,000)

*Main sponsors are offered to arrange two symposiums / companies of 40 minutes each that run in parallel with the other conference program on two occasions during regular program time. The content must be approved by the organizer.

After the conference

  • The symposia will be available for participants to watch on the platform four weeks after the conference
  • The intro film will be available at the beginning of the keynote lecture four weeks after the conference IF the keynote speaker is ok to publish it
  • Opportunity to display the company logo under the heading “Main sponsor”
    • in thank you e-mail sent to all participating participants
    • on the start screen displayed in all recorded sessions (where the lecturers allow publication) which will be available to the participants in the platform four weeks after the conference

  • Opportunity to sponsor a webinar (it is planned for 8) with an intro film of 90 seconds. Cost SEK 15,000 will be added (as a sponsor you get the first question and opportunity, then main sponsors and then exhibitors). *
  • Opportunity for exposure with the company logo in the digital platform (together with other main sponsors and sponsors)
    • in the banner that appears at the top of all pages of the platform throughout the conference
    • on the start screen displayed when each session starts
    • on the pause screen that appears when the participant is waiting for a session to start
    • on the closing screen displayed when the session has ended
  • Opportunity to participate in the digital exhibition and present the company electronically with photos, text and video, this opens 2 Sep
  • Opportunity to meet the participants digitally in the electronic exhibition. The participant then has the opportunity to chat or have video meetings with you as an exhibitor
  • 10 digital conference tickets for the Röntgenveckan conference (value SEK 20,000 excl. VAT)

* Webinars are planned to be arranged on 8 occasions (half days) during the autumn of 2021 and the spring of 2021 and the associations will have the opportunity to contribute to the program. The webinars will be available to all registered participants for Röntgenveckan 2021 (not exhibitors) and are included in the participation fee. The first-come, first-served principle applies.

Before the conference

During the conference

After the conference

You have the opportunity to be in the digital exhibition space up to four weeks after the conference;

  • offer your contact information for contact after the conference

TERMS

Exposure possibilities
Exposure opportunities and participation are included in the package according to listed activities. The sponsor / Exhibitor agrees in the agreement upon registration to follow the conference’s set dates, times and deadlines for submitting material so that the conference can be prepared, planned and carried out in a good way. If material is not received / fulfilled according to schedule, the organizer reserves the right to refuse participation in the affected activity.

Participating staff
Registration for staff / conference tickets included in the package is done via a special booking link that is sent out after registration has been received. Staff must be notified in advance. Participating staff can take care of the digital exhibition but also have access to the scientific program.

Payment terms
When the booking is completed, an invoice will be sent for the total amount. Registration is binding and payment terms are 30 days (invoice shall be paid before the event starts 2 Sep). If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to sell the sponsorship / exhibition space to another company.

Cancellation
Approved agreement and registration is binding. No refund will be made after approved registration.
